About Amy
Amy N. Harris is the founder and owner of Zetty Jean Vitality, where she combines years of clinical experience with a passion for helping patients achieve lasting health, confidence, and vitality. Amy believes exceptional healthcare is built on trusted relationships, individualized treatment plans, and a commitment to caring for the whole person.
Amy began her nursing career as a Licensed Practical Nurse in 2011 before advancing to become a Registered Nurse and ultimately earning dual board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her progressive career path has provided a strong clinical foundation and a deep appreciation for compassionate, patient-centered care.
Amy founded her medical practice in 2019 and has spent the past several years providing comprehensive care to individuals and families throughout Middle Tennessee. Building on that experience, she established Zetty Jean Vitality to offer an expanded approach to health and wellness through hormone optimization, medical weight management, aesthetic medicine, cosmetic injectables, skin rejuvenation, and preventive healthcare.
Amy is committed to lifelong learning and continually advances her knowledge through professional education and specialized training to provide current, evidence-based treatment options for her patients.
Outside of the office, Amy treasures spending time with her husband, David, and their family, especially their two grandsons, Walker and Colton. She also enjoys traveling, working on their family farm, and worshipping through music with her church choir.

Tally S. Cole, FNP-BC, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 13 years of nursing and advanced practice experience. Throughout her career, she has provided compassionate, patient-centered care in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Family Practice, Occupational Medicine, Spine and Joint Care, and Department of Transportation physical examinations. Her diverse background allows her to care for patients of all ages with confidence and expertise.
At Zetty Jean Vitality, Tally is excited to expand her practice into aesthetic medicine while continuing to provide wellness-focused care. She is committed to helping patients look and feel their best through personalized treatment plans that enhance both health and confidence.
Tally believes every patient deserves individualized, compassionate care and values building lasting relationships with those she serves.
Outside the office, Tally enjoys spending time with her husband, James, their seven children, and six grandchildren. She also enjoys the outdoors and restoring classic trucks with her husband.

As the first friendly voice many patients hear and the first smiling face they see, Gail is dedicated to making every patient feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for from the moment they contact our office.
Unlike many medical practices, when you call our office, you will usually speak directly with Gail rather than an automated phone system. She enjoys getting to know our patients personally and takes pride in providing attentive, compassionate service while helping each visit run smoothly.
Gail is also the mother of our founder, Amy N. Harris, FNP-C, FNP-BC, making Zetty Jean Vitality a truly family-centered practice built on genuine relationships and personalized care.
